2.2 Free trial users (including free plans and limited credits): All images, videos, and other assets generated during the free trial or free usage may remain the property of LensGo AI and may be subject to usage restrictions as described in our documentation or pricing page.

2.3 Paid subscribers: Ownership of images, videos, and other creative assets generated through paid subscriptions generally belongs to the customer, unless otherwise required by law or specified in separate written agreements. These works will not be visible to or shared with other customers, except where you choose to share them publicly (e.g., gallery, social media, or portfolio features).

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services to:

  • Generate, upload, or distribute NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content
  • Create deepfakes, face swaps, or any manipulated media using another person's likeness without their explicit consent
  • Impersonate real individuals or misrepresent a person's actions, words, or identity
  • Violate the rights of others, including privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Create content that promotes violence, terrorism, hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
  • Engage in fraud, scams, phishing, or any deceptive activities
  • Create harmful, abusive, or unlawful content
  • Distribute defamatory, offensive, or discriminatory materials

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these terms. All uploaded and generated content may be subject to automated safety review and moderation.

4. Data Protection

5. Free Trial

Free trials and free usage tiers are offered "as-is" with no warranties. Data and generated content created during the trial may be lost unless you upgrade to a paid plan. Liability during the free trial period is limited to USD $1,000.

6. Paid Services

6.1 Paid services require payment of applicable fees and taxes. By subscribing, you authorize us to bill your payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with your chosen plan.

6.2 Fees are non-refundable and based on subscription terms, not actual usage.

6.3 You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your subscription and use of the services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability arising out of or related to your use of the services will not exceed the total amount you paid for services during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

8. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, services are provided "as-is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, always available, or suitable for your specific use case.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement for cause with 30 days' written notice if a material breach remains uncured. Immediate termination may occur in the event of insolvency or bankruptcy, or in cases of serious violations of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to access and use the services will cease, and we may delete or restrict access to your account and content in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
