Thank you for choosing LensGo AI. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments are handled for our subscription plans and credit purchases. By making a purchase on LensGo AI, you agree to the terms described below.
1. Digital Products and Credits
1.1 LensGo AI provides digital services, including AI-generated images, videos, and creative assets. Once credits have been used to generate content, they are considered consumed and are generally not eligible for refund.
1.2 Unused credits from one-time purchases do not expire as long as your account remains active, but they are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
1.3 We do not offer refunds for partially used credit packs or subscription credits that have been applied to content generation.
2. Subscription Cancellations
2.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
2.2 When you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to your plan benefits until the end of your current billing period. No additional charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
2.3 We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining days in a billing cycle after cancellation.
2.4 Unused credits from a cancelled subscription may expire at the end of the billing period, depending on your plan terms.
3. Eligible Refund Scenarios
We understand that issues can occur. Refunds or billing adjustments may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate charges: If you were billed more than once for the same purchase due to a payment processing error
- Service outages: If a confirmed platform outage prevented you from using the service for a significant portion of your billing period
- Technical failures: If a verified system error caused credits to be deducted without delivering the expected output
- Unauthorized charges: If you believe your account or payment method was used without your authorization
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may ask for additional information or evidence to process your request.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following details:
- Your account email address
- Transaction or order ID (if available)
- Date of purchase
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, we encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension pending investigation.
