LensGo AI provides AI-powered image and video generation tools designed for creative, educational, and commercial use. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what is and is not permitted on our platform. By using LensGo AI, you agree to comply with this policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use LensGo AI to generate, upload, distribute, or store any of the following:

1.1 NSFW and Sexually Explicit Material

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or graphic sexual content
  • Nudity or partial nudity intended to be sexual in nature
  • Sexually suggestive poses, scenarios, or descriptions
  • Content that sexualizes minors in any form — this is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities

1.2 Deepfakes and Unauthorized Likeness

  • Creating deepfake videos or images of real individuals without their explicit consent
  • Face swaps, face replacements, or likeness transfers using another person's identity without authorization
  • Impersonation of real public or private figures for deceptive purposes
  • Any content that misrepresents a person's actions, words, or identity

1.3 Intellectual Property Violations

  • Using copyrighted material (images, videos, music, text) without proper authorization or license
  • Reproducing or imitating trademarks, logos, or brand identities without permission
  • Violating publicity rights or personality rights of any individual
  • Generating content designed to pass off as another creator's original work

1.4 Harmful and Illegal Content

  • Content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or dangerous activities
  • Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or content targeting individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or scam-related content
  • Malware distribution, phishing, or any content designed to compromise security
  • Content that violates any applicable local, national, or international laws

2. Content Safety and Moderation

LensGo AI takes content safety seriously. We employ multiple layers of protection to maintain a safe creative environment:

  • Automated Safety Review: All uploaded and generated content may be screened by automated moderation systems designed to detect prohibited material
  • Prompt Filtering: Text prompts are checked against safety guidelines to prevent generation of restricted content
  • Output Screening: Generated images and videos are subject to automated safety checks before delivery
  • Human Review: Flagged content may be escalated for manual review by our trust and safety team
  • User Reporting: Users can report content or behavior that violates this policy via support@ailensgo.com

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of LensGo AI, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring you have the legal right to use any content you upload (photos, videos, images, text)
  • Obtaining proper consent from any identifiable individuals in your uploads
  • Verifying that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights
  • Using the platform only for lawful, ethical, and constructive purposes
  • Reviewing and following our usage guidelines when creating AI-generated content for public or commercial distribution

4. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at our discretion:

  • Blocking or filtering specific prompts, uploads, or outputs
  • Removal of content that violates this policy
  • Temporary suspension of account access
  • Permanent termination of your account and forfeiture of remaining credits
  • Reporting to law enforcement where required by law

We reserve the right to take action against any account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe a violation has occurred.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or via email. Continued use of LensGo AI after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
